I liked this article in particular because of some of the changes Nissan has been making in order to grow their market share.  They are smart changes and other manufacturers should be looking to do the same.  Also, I liked this article because instead of looking to the dealers to improve their facilities, service depts., etc.  Nissan is the one making the improvements.  They have also seen, however, dealers making improvements once their sales have improved.

We all know there is lots of disruption happening in many businesses and there is talk of disruption that may happen in the auto industry.  This article, I bellieve, gives a realistic take on the way the internet is factoring in more and more for those shopping for cars.  I also thought the end of this article had some good advice.
